M. Forest Butler, DDS, MS, PC, Periodontist
Dr. Butler graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1973 and obtained his Specialty Degree in Periodontics from Emory University in 1975. That same year, he began his private practice of Periodontics.
In 1979, Dr. Butler received his Post-Doctoral in Bio-Materials Engineering from Georgia Tech with his Thesis on Dental Implants. He has written articles in numerous publications on the subjects of Dental Implants, Periodontics, and Bio-Materials.
Dr. Butler is a proud member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, and the International Congress of Implantology. |

Keri Burroughs, Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator
Keri is our Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator. She is always glad to welcome you to our practice. She can help you with any questions you might have about your appointments, treatment details, fees, and documents. You can tell by her attitude, she loves her work and meeting new patients! |
Tina Hall, Dental Hygienist
Tina is our Dental Hygienist. She brings many years of experience to our practice. Tina enjoys her profession of maintaining your oral health with thorough cleanings and periodic examinations. She will go to any extent to answer your questions regarding the maintenance of your implants as well as your natural teeth. Tina plays a critical role in keeping you free of gum disease.

Kimberly Gibson-Taylor, Primary Treatment Assistant and Coordinator
Kimberly is our Primary Treatment Assistant and Coordinator. She will answer any questions you have as well as make certain you are totally comfortable throughout your experience with our office. Kimberly is a Certified Dental Assistant and well-trained in all aspects of care. She will coordinate your appointments, medications, and all aspects of your treatment. You will find her extremely helpful. |
